Dan Parsons, 7th grade English Language Arts

Mr. Parsons is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and attended Bowling Green State University for his undergraduate degree. At BGSU Mr. Parsons earned a B.S. of Education in Middle Childhood Education (4-9). He was also a member of the BGSU Falcon varsity baseball team as a left-handed relief pitcher from 2008-2011, winning two conference championships. After graduating from BGSU in 2012 Mr. Parsons moved to Atlanta, Georgia to teach sixth grade Language Arts and coach varsity baseball. After teaching and coaching for three years in Atlanta, Mr. Parsons decided to pack his bags and move to Nashville to pursue his Master’s degree in Reading Education from Vanderbilt University. Anchor Down!  In his spare time Mr. Parsons enjoys watching the Nashville Sounds and staying actively involved with Vanderbilt University.
