Matador transitions 2018
Our annual “welcome to JT Moore” event for all new Matadors is a great way for students to become familiar with the school over one day in the summer. Where is the library? How do I operate a locker? Ho do I use the computers? What do I do if I get to school late? What happens if I get sick? The goal is to make incoming Matadors comfortable with their new environment so that when they show up on August 7 for the first day of school, they will hit ground running!
Families can begin to sign-in for the event at 7:30am, with the “school day” starting at 8am.
There is a parent coffee and Q&A session starting at 8:15am in the library.
Lunch is provided to all students and they complete their day at 3pm.
