We’ve put some new guidelines in place to help streamline our communications system!

J.T. Moore PTO Communications Guidelines 2011-2012
In order to cut down on information overload, beginning the first of 2012, email blasts will only be distributed on Fridays. All information that is distributed school-wide must be approved by the PTO and Dr. Hughes, so please plan ahead for your event or announcement, and follow the guidelines below in order to insure inclusion in the blast. Please note that J.T. Moore does not accept advertising in any form or promote events or businesses or publish any information not related directly to the school.

E-BLAST
Send your request for information to be distributed school-wide for approval no later than noon on the Wednesday before the Friday blast goes out to Angela Haglund, PTO Communications: angela.haglund@me.com, 615-429-5132.

All items must be submitted ready to publish (i.e. written, proofread and formatted as you’d like for it to appear).

WEBSITE
