The JT Moore Festival of the Arts has been rescheduled for Tuesday, January 11 @ 7:00pm

Come out for the coolest, loudest, most rocking concert of the semester!

Doors open at 6:30pm.

Please note: The Glee Club and the Studio Band members need to stay after school on Monday the 10th for a full run-through until 5:15pm and then on Tuesday, those same 2 clubs of students will stay after school to rehearse until show time. (They will have a light dinner before the show.)

J.T. Moore family members are invited to join students for our annual Thanksgiving lunch on Wednesday, November 17th. The J. T. Moore cafeteria will be serving up traditional turkey, gravy and delicious side dishes. The meal will be served during your students’ regular lunch time. Cost to visitors is $4.00. Save the date for the Glendale Spanish Immersion Elementary’s Holiday Bazaar coming up on November 20th. The event will be held in the school gym from 9-2. Last year there were more than 40 booths featuring local arts and crafts, holiday items, jewelry, books, food and more. We expect this year to be just as exciting. There will also be games and activities for the kids. Wonderful door prizes were donated by the vendors. All this and admission is free! Dust of your white jeans and roller skates and get a group together for the first ever JTM Brentwood Skate Night! This Friday, October 8th from 5-7, our new community partner, Brentwood Skate, will donate 50% of all admission fees to JTM! This is a JTM Skate Party form 5-7, then open to the public beginning at 7 until 12 midnight. You can drop you kids off, or hang with them. Great pizza and drinks available for purchase! Admission is $5, skate rental is $3. Let’s boogie!

Come and cheer on your Lady Matadors as they play for the district championship. The tournament is Thurs. Oct. 7 and Fri., Oct. 8, beginning at 4:45 each day in the JTM gym. Tickets are $3.00 and concessions are available.

Come and cheer on the Hillsboro Football Team on Fri. Oct. 15, as they play Brentwood. The game begins at 7:00 at Hillsboro. JT Moore students can get into the game for free if they wear JT Moore spiritwear or have an ID badge. What a great way to support our cluster high school and have a fun evening with JT Moore families at the same time!

DISNEY TRIP: This trip has been canceled due to lack of parent coordinator/low sign-ups.
JTM needs 7th/8th grade parent reps to work with Thomas Tours on the following upcoming trips:

Tickets now on sale for the October 9th JTM PTO fundraising concert! Please join JTM families and friends at the Red Rooster at 1530 Demonbreun On Sat., Oct. 9th from 4-7 for a fundraising concert featuring students and faculty, and hit Songwriters Kent Blazy and Chris Gantry. All ages are welcome, and pizza and drinks available for purchase.
