Thanks to those parents in our community who recently participated in an on-line survey about their opinions on how our school class time is structured. Click on the “more” link for some highlights:
- Spanish is the first choice in our foreign language poll
- Most Glendale respondents plan to keep their child in Spanish Immersion;
- Music is split equally between band/strings and general music/visual art
- The vast majority of parents want their kids to get exposure to all subjects, rather than band/strings five times per week
- PE is a big winner, with most parents wanting it for their kids every other day, all year long
- The vast majority of parents want their kids to have class time in all areas, rather than going deeper in one area
