J.T. Moore Girls Volleyball team won the City Championship at the city tournament at MLK.   We defeated Meigs in two exciting, close matches.

We also won the city SPORTSMANSHIP award!

The girls  named to the All City team are:

The team would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Pittman, Dr. Hughes, Miss Kurzrock and Mrs. Binda for their support.  Not only did we have former players and a former teacher (Mr. Grubb from Julia Green) to come cheer on the Matadors, we also had great support from current students, especially, Andy Elliott, Jackson Ferrell, Jack Spurgin, Nathan Clark, Carson Petraitis and Lily Nevers who showed up last night with red hair to show their Matador colors and spirit!
