As a way to reward good behavior, Friday, September 11th marks our first day of intramurals. Students who receive 10 or fewer demerits will participate in intramurals during their related arts period. Furthermore, participating students will be allowed to buy snacks and food from the concession stand during their intramural period.
This new program will require some parent volunteers as well. We need 2 parents for each period (two to three students will assist the parents and will earn PBS tickets by helping):
9:55 – 10:45am
10:50 – 11:40am
1:00 – 1:50pm
2:00 – 2:50pm
3:00 – 3:50pm
Also, we could really use a PTO coordinator for this great program. Responsibilities would be purchasing snacks, candy, drinks for the concession stand and organizing volunteers. The intramurals will take place 9 times this year: 9/11, 10/7, 11/6, 12/4, 1/29, 2/19, 3/11, 4/16 and 5/7.
